I had a great experience with this company. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Joemelyn, who assisted me on the phone, was excellent she explained everything clearly and was very understanding. This was my first time using their service, and I’m very impressed. I would definitely recommend this company and will absolutely use them again in the future

Grateful for Forex Cargo’s wonderful service. I sent my box at the end of September, and by November 15 it had already arrived in the Philippines in perfect condition. Fast, smooth, and reliable—thank you, Forex Cargo❤️🇵🇭

Worst service you could ever encounter. The customer service is impolite and the delivery driver is unreliable. I booked for box collection but they could not even tell you what is the estimated time they will collect, I phoned the customer service- who are very rude, both asking me to just wait- so that means to wait all day? They gave me the contact number of the driver but never picked up his phone, when I called the customer hotline again, they did not even try to help.
Now I am concern how would I even trust this company to send my cargo safely to the Philippines if they are already unreliable while here in the UK? I should have seen this 3.5 customer rating in the google before I chose this.

Extremely disappointed with Forex Cargo UK. I sent a box on 6th April which was delivered months later with severe water damage. The contents were soaked, covered in mould, and mostly destroyed. I sent multiple emails with photos – zero response to date. Their complete lack of accountability and communication is appalling.
I would strongly advise others to consider alternative providers.
