INSURANCE Unlike many self-storage companies, we don’t force you to take our insurance — though we do recommend having cover in place.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

ACCESS If you’d like to visit your items while they’re in storage, simply give us 48 hours’ notice and we’ll arrange for your JamStorage Pods to be available in the viewing area. RETURN MY GOODS When you’re ready to have your items returned, just book a delivery slot and we’ll bring everything back to you. Please note: loading fees may apply while our crew loads your items into the JamStorage Pods at your property.

Used them to move to France a couple of months ago and have been meaning to leave a review since. Nothing damaged or too much hassle. The team worked hard considering the heat. It’s nice to use a service that actually does what they say they will do.

We moved from Hemel across town last week and I have been so impressed with the service. Firstly, [name removed by Sirelo] was great on the initial survey which was completed on Zoom. He went to a level of detail that other hadn’t thought of, [names removed by Sirelo] was so helpful and worked well as a group to complete the move. We were all wrapped up for 4.30 which meant we were able to get the unpacking done faster than expected.

A* Service from JamVans. I had not come across the storage service where the storage company actually come and collect before, this made my life so much easier. The price was really competitive and the service was swift. I only had a small collection which took just under and hour and it was roughly the same for the delivery back. I went into storage for 6 months, initially booking with [name removed by Sirelo] who was very helpful. Sorry but I do not remember the name of the guys who collected by [names removed by Sirelo] were equally as great when I received all of my items back from storage today, in the exact condition I left them in. Im so impressed and will definitely be using the Amazon recommend a friend policy they have in place!

We used JamVans for storage whilst we had our home renovated. I am so please with the service received on both the collection and delivery dates. It’s like the items had never been in storage, thank you so much to all involved. We are finally in our upgraded home with our lovely furniture back.

Very happy with the move that JamVans recently completed to us, the team were hard workers and really knew what they were doing. JamVans kept our belongings in storage for 4 months and then returned them back to us as short notice which was really helpful. I checked their reviews online and it is no surprise that they are so good.
