I left a voicemail asking for a quote for removals. Darren returned my voicemail promptly and was very helpful. He asked me to text him the details and he would book the date into his diary. Despite texting I did not hear from Darren for a week so sent another text, couple of days passed and no response even though the texts had been read. Tried to call but no answer. Sent a final text to say if I didn’t hear anything by the end of the day I would assume he had not booked an appointment and I would look for someone else. Radio silence! As if moving is not stressful enough! Not even a message back to say really sorry, we’ve overbooked or something! Nothing! Very poor!

Darren & his team were impeccable during my move. It was a super professional, efficient and attentive service. Great customer service and even better pricing in comparison to their competitors. I would definitely recommend.

I genuinely can’t recommend Darren and his team enough. They are absolute gentlemen and couldn’t have done a better job. They went above and and beyond to make the day run as smoothly as possible and all for a fantastic price. Bearded bros who everyone raved about charged a fortune more so don’t use them 🤣

Can't thank Darren and his team enough for making what could have been a stressful moving day into a very straightforward one. Polite, knowledgeable and very effecient. Loaded up two vans with minimal fuss, waited while we completed and got keys and had us unloaded in no time. Money well spent for a great service. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
