Disappointing experience — avoid if you value your belongings and good customer service.
This company markets itself as family friendly, but that only holds true until something goes wrong. They smashed my 55” TV during a move — a TV that was in “as new” condition and cost me £700 (with receipt to prove it). One of the removal guys reassured me not to worry because “they’re pretty good at looking after customers.” That couldn’t have been further from the truth.
Their response? A £200 offer that didn’t come close to covering the damage. One of the owners, Graeme, has been impossible to reach — he doesn’t take calls or return calls. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
Accidents happen, but this company has show its true colours with its response.
I’m now escalating this with the British Association of Removers in the hope of getting some justice. Until then, my advice is simple: avoid this company. If anything goes wrong, don’t expect them to take responsibility.Read more

Careless with furniture

The team who moved my stuff (ref 6915) were friendly, polite, punctual and super fast, however they do need a bit more instruction on caring for furniture (maybe slow down a bit more) I have spotted 3 or 4 dents / scratches on items, the worst being a 2inch sliver of wood out of my wardrobe (white painted wood) which really shows up and I'm not sure how I am going to fix it.
If the boys learned to take more care of peoples belongings I would certainly recommend your company.
