On the loading day the vehicle was 3h late vs agreed time (I only found out by calling)
The delivery timing abroad was delayed too (not the driver's fault, this was caused by Customs and congestion at the tunnel/ferry crossing)
In the end 1 box was missing (the only box with images of hifi/electrical content) - I got full refund for the content but this is annoying.
I regret not doing a full checklist myself and take more pictures of my boxes/bags
