I wish I had read other reviews before contacting this company. They harrass and comment on peoples reviews to scare them into taking them down or change them. They stole £360 of my money and took advantage of me. I booked a removal service to take place on my final day at my studio and was not given any response through out the entire day as to when my belongings would be picked up. I should have suspected something was wrong when they asked for payment in full and called me repeatedly to get all the money upfront. Don't do it. You will not get the service you pay for. After no one got back to me all day and being made to wait till 10 o'clock at night with no movers showing up, I sent an email the next morning and was blamed for the movers not arriving. They tried to tell me that I was the one who cancelled the service over the phone with the movers. When I provided call logs to prove them wrong. There was no apology or admission of guilt. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The only person running customer service is [Name removed by Sirelo] She's purposefully vague and unhelpful and dodged my calls until I could contact them from a different phone. I am still trying to recoup my money and have reported them to the fraud department so no one else is hurt by them. Do yourself a favour and find someone else.
For the same move and same amount of time, I'm now paying much less with a reputable company. Thank goodness for good people.Read more


The people answering the phone when in need are tooth and all they care about is to get more money from you. They seem to be very well practiced at that.
Don't use them.

Our family had to move from London to Brussels. WeCare asked how much stuff do we have. As it was around 2 weeks in advance I made my estimation for them. They gave me the price without explanation what it includes. I expected this price for renting the van like it would be in London. Just for the amount of stuff we have they do not need to take a big track. I was asking how much time delivery could take and their manager could not respond. Even the day perfore collection she could not say when they booked a ferry. I was chasing her all the time. She was interested only in payment. Payment via bank but not in cash to the driver when job is done. She said people will come to collect our stuff at 2-4pm, but they came at 10.15 and she did not bother to inform me about that. We could be somewhere else. They would leave, we would lose our money and stuff would not be collected. But I was home finishing packing. Because they came 4 hours early I did not have time to pack properly: had to send lots of boxes half empty and put stuff in bags, plastic boxes, did not have time to unmount the desk what lead us to bigger amount of stuff that we planed considering I’ve already had slightly more. They collected it anyway. Then few hours later they called me to tell me that we have to pay twice more. I did not understand why. And only at this point their manager told me over the phone that she booked only 4m3 in their van and forgot to tell us that and send the link providing this info, and because we have twice more stuff their van it will be exclusive ride which is why me must pay twice more otherwise they return our stuff and what we paid before is gone. We agreed on 70% on what they wanted. We paid. They send our stuff only 4 days later. Manager disappeared at all. Driver who picked up and delivered our stuff said it was not exclusive ride and just before us he delivered lots of stuff to Holland. Our stuff took a small part of the van. Either you decide to work with this company or any other please make sure you asked all questions and have all info what price includes, how they work, especially if you do not have any experience of moving from one country to another having lots of goods, like we did not have this experience and had quite bad experience. Yes, we had huge issues with this job but your story is not quite accurate.
You did not estimate the stuff when emailed us but provided with a fixed list of items and assured us the list is accurate. Why ? Because we don't go with estimation on an international moving, but 2-4 boxes is always ok. In your case we had 4 cubic meters of goods which is 1/5 of our standard VAN and on the day you had 10 cubic meters which is 2/4 of the van (50%), this is a huge difference and change the job agreement in full because the other free space was allocated to other customers, this is why you got charged extra and this is why there was a delay in delivering the goods. Why ? Because you had a lot more stuff and it simply did not fit in the van that was booked for next day start.
The team that was present on the day of collection is the local team that only collects the goods from customers and not delivering them to Europe, but to our depot. This is why they collected everything you gave them. This is ana international relocation so it's not like national one that you can get a taxi to move the extra boxes or etc.
When you , for example, provide a list of items to be moved, or a washing machine to be repaired or 1 carpet to be cleaned , you don't think the booking includes all the goods you forgot to list, all appliances in your house or all the carpets you have. So telling everyone that by providing a list of 4 cubic meters of goods you think that this include a 20 cubic meters truck exclusively for you, this is a joke and i just cant believe it.
