We moved over 4 days due to the distance. On each and every day they arrived when they said that they would and worked constantly. They were polite, respectful and very quickly emptied the house.
They arrived in Scotland at the time they said and cracked on straight away. They protected all the floors and moved quietly and put things in the correct rooms. Any boxes that we had emptied they removed straight away. [Names removed by Sirelo] were a delight to have in the house’s.

Excellent service . Efficient and courteous - couldn’t have been more helpful . Went out of their way to make the move a pleasant experience . Had two staff consistently throughout the day joined by additional staff of 3 in the afternoon.

Poor Customer service from [name removed by Sirelo] with traits as listed below

• Intimidating
• Hostile
• Arrogant
• Self-important

We booked and paid a hefty deposit for our removals to be packed and delivered to Wales.
Agreement was made after a through communication with [name removed by Sirelo] the owner and whom you would believe to have professional insight into the removal business.
WRONG. Apparently, it is for the customer to provide insight into accessing the new property when dealing with Bell and Partners.
When we discussed this on the phone not once was this declared and despite argumentative [name removed by Sirelo] stating it was when asked for a copy of the telephone call as evidence it was ignored.
[name removed by sirelo] came on the Fri to do packing up and did a splendid Job.
On morning of move and colossal sized lorry arrived to take our possessions to new home.
2 superb lads came and efficiently packed us up with a very professional approach.
It was on completion of packing we were asked by the driver about access to the new property.
We have moved to live on the side of mountain and had good access albeit sadly not for the dispatched oversized lorry from Bell and Partners who failed to make it up the road.
It was abandoned overnight whilst further crews were deployed in the morning with smaller vehicles to progress with final move.
It was overheard by one of the team “who on earth priced this one up?”
We were informed to call the office the next morning to discuss our dilemma.

We were met with barrage of aggressive communication by [name removed by Sirelo] who showed no sympathy to our plight only looking to blame us for not mentioning the access difficulty.
Any attempt to try and discuss was fiercely declined by [name removed by Sirelo] who was only interested in gaining additional fee and apportioning all blame to the problem on us.
Despite the fact we had provided the postcode of address when discussing the quote with [name removed by Sirelo]
When we had approached other removals who quickly pulled up google maps to make clear for their own understanding of the move, Bell and partners preferred to lay all responsibility on us the unprofessionals.

Brilliant set of lads. Just got on it. Packed the lorry very well with our excessive boxes, furniture and garden plants. Covid safe. Drove to our new place. Was badly let down by our Solicitor so didn't get our keys until 4.40pm. The 2 lads who travelled in the lorry were extremely polite and patient. Still worked over and above making us comfortable until their return the next day. Would recommend. Top marks guys. Making moving less of a nightmare *****
