Being a family-run removals company, we don't charge hidden fees and can provide a tailored removals solution, designed for each client. We also provide a range of removal vehicles for any-sized move. Additionally, we offer a box-loan service, where we buy your removal boxes back at 50% of the price you paid.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

We advise you to prepare your move early and label everything you intend to be packed and handled by the removal company. This helps everything stay on time, but we do understand that sometimes delays can be out of your control, so we try and be as flexible as possible.

Sooo good. Cannot rate this company highly enough. [Name removed by Sirelo] was great when he came to quote. His no nonsense and confident approach was reassuring. The office team, were really efficient and helpful. There is no getting away from the fact that moving is stressful but, from the moment Ian and [Name removed by Sirelo] arrived, I felt in safe hands. They were efficient, professional, polite, funny and just brilliant!! Thank you LMS - absolutely worth every penny ☺️🙏🥲😀

LMS were very friendly & efficient. They looked after us really well, guiding us on how many boxes we would need & what type (medium, large & wardrobe). We packed upstairs & they did downstairs, garden & garage. They were so fast in packing, they had time to move everything on the packing day and not the next day as planned so we could move into our new home a day early! Brilliant. And brilliant service afterwards too. Would definitely recommend (my son recommended them!)

I didn't have much time to arrange a removals company, I'd previously contacted a couple of companies to get quotes but the first sale fell through. However, [Name removed by Sirelo] from LMS kept in touch to check our circumstances. When we were able to book a removal company, we only had a week until moving day. [Name removed by Sirelo] responded to my email with a phone call to discuss the quote previous given and check we were happy. She explained everything and what would happen on the day. She took payment over the phone and followed with the receipt via email. On the day, [Names removed by Sirelo] arrived just after 9am and began working immediately. Gordan checked what was to be taken by them and made sure we were happy everything had been removed from the house. All were chatty and friendly, and put us at ease on the day. Once we arrived at the new house, [Name removed by Sirelo] make sure we were ready for items to be brought into the house and before anything, they put a protecting sheet over all the carpets - it was a very rain day! They also took out old rugs we packed in their lorry first to put down in the hallway. They were very thorough and fast at removing our things and then unloading and placing at the other end. We are really grateful for the service they all provided.Read more
