The delivery drivers flatly refused to remove their shoes or use protective covers while walking across a white wool carpet, leaving it marked with mud. Hiding behind a lazy “health and safety” excuse is simply not credible, especially when we have had numerous heavy and awkward deliveries in the past where drivers had no issue accommodating this or carrying items to higher floors.
When I complained, one driver immediately threatened to refuse delivery, and deliberately directed this at my partner rather than addressing me directly. This was patronising and inappropriate. As they left, the second driver stared me down in a threatening, aggressive manner, which was intimidating and completely unacceptable behaviour inside a customer’s home.
This was not just poor service — it was unprofessional, disrespectful, and left me feeling uncomfortable. For a company delivering on behalf of DFS, this level of conduct from delivery staff is frankly shocking and well below any reasonable standard.Read more

Dave was very good on the phone. He explained everything really well and gave me a courtesy call the day before my move. Both removal men were friendly and professional and they were helpful .

This company was suppose to call 30min before arriving, didn’t call the number provided then give my wife abuse over the ring door bell lied about how many times he’d tried calling which was only the once. The driver was suppose to wait 20min once arrived but left after 10min
