for the price is ok but they are careless with the furniture, i received my stuff dirty and some cabinets had kinks, good thing that they were ikea and not so expensive. Also make sure that you measure yourself your stuff and agree on the volume before hand, they will tell you that they will measure themselves and triple the volume of stuff. They are friendly and they always replied fast. Would recommend to move boxes or bags but dont move expensive furniture with this company.

We used ABS transportation company to move our household items from Istanbul to England. Our belongings were delivered one week later than the promised timeframe. Additionally, we noticed that the screen of our television was cracked. They had stated that if we reported any issues within 3 days of delivery, they would assist us. However, despite contacting them the very next day, they are now unresponsive to our calls and have provided no assistance whatsoever. On top of the cracked television, our bed base was transported by being tied to the back of the vehicle, which resulted in it being delivered in a very dirty and scratched condition. We did not receive a professional service at all.

I have been using ABS Cargo services for the last three years. I did not have a major problem whatsoever. My feedback is based on my own experience. I think their communication skills could be better.
What I see is that they are sincere, they respect the feedback and improve their services rapidly.
Remember that international cargo services potentially have some difficulties due to customs clearance practices and shipping routes worldwide.
I can recommend ABS Cargo Services and I am sure they are willing to listen to our feedback and react positively.

My cargo was given to this company by my friend in Ankara on 20.10.2022 to be delivered to me in London. Then I called firm 3 times to take information about Caego and Arriving time.
They were informed that our cargo will arrive London on 14 November.
I've called them today but they informed me that my parcel will arrive in 4-6 weeks and this information is not certain!They talk and act differently until they receive your cargo
They give different information after your cargo is received.
I do not recommend at all, stay away from this company
