The company checked with me the day before if the move was still going ahead so everything was confirmed and set. On the day, someone called me 20 min after the set time of pick up saying that they couldn't get in touch with the driver so someone else was allocated and they confirmed that another driver would be there in 1h. I was fine with the delay but asked for a further update if any other issues. 1.5h goes by and still no sign of anyone, the driver not picking up my calls and the company's office also radio silent. We were already 2h past the set time with no sign of anyone and we needed to move everything out on the day.
I ended up booking another van as clearly I was ghosted... 2h after the set time the driver calls me saying that they would be at the place in 4 min...
In this line of work reliability is the most important thing. I am not fussed about the delay as things happen, but the complete lack of communication is a huge problem and adds a lot of stress.

I have used their services 2 times and each time has been a great and smooth experience. Very friendly, polite, helpful and professional drivers. They articed on time, finished loading and unloading in an hour. I wont hesitate to recommend Aldi removals 100%!

The guy came in last minute to help me with a move. He was super professional, really helpful and even when some glasses broke (my fault) he had a broom at hand to clean the mess up on the street. Highly recommend for any house moves.

Booked them for moving into my new flat. The guys were great and even offered me a lift to my new place! They were really funny and we had some great chats! Also Elisabeth was great on the admin side booking me in!

Despite my (2) movers being almost (1) hour late from scheduled booking time, he did called right away to notify me in advance they’d be late. They both helped me move a small room size items in the Large Van 🚐 without any issues. Mostly bankers boxes, luggages, bags, one office chair, NO large TV or furniture items. Nothing was damaged and they dropped it off right inside my new ground floor flat was done on time. It’s my second time using their service but this time it was done in a different part of London. My move was less stressful with good expert help done quickly in (2) hours time with them. Thank you ALFI removal, will definitely use your service again.
