not impressed with this company at all, looks like all your reviews except for 1 are completely negative, dont you as a company have more respect for your customers???
im surprised your still competing as a business as there apperars to be plenty of companies offering a better service....
i gave them so much notice for the collection, they are collecting from birmingham to coventry, if they started early, they might actually do some work and be here on time.. it looks like start work when you like screw the cusomer if we get there we get there if not then we dont..YOUR NOT IN PHILIPPINES NOW YOUR IN THE WEST HERE WE TAKE CUSTOMER CARE AND TIMING PROFFESSIONALY NOT LIKE PHILLIPINES.
YOU NEED TO GET AWAY FROM THE FILIPINO WAY OFF LIFE AND DO MORE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...

I have used this company since I arrived in the UK in 2006. They are very good and nothing I can complain about. Very professional, answer my text immediately. The best company. I highly recommend them. 10/10

I wouldn’t even recommend this company. They don’t reply to your email of complaints, even to have a decency of acknowledging your email. Our boxes arrived soaking wet, damaged, so badly that they had to be held together by string. A lot of the our goods inside were destroyed even can goods. My advice is do not use this company no matter how cheap they are compare to others.

Avoid-Very unreliable-will keep telling you promises that your box will be pick up but will never happen-will keep postponing it -when they postpone it, they will usually do it by next month, until the time frame is not suitable for your expectation and circumstances- P.S. until now they haven’t pick up my box yet, they have been postponing the picking up of my box not once but twice now- so I decided not to send my box anymore, as I am sure it will not arrive on time when I am home to Philippines.

Utterly disappointed. Been told now our box won’t arrive until end of April. By that time we would be back in the UK. Cannot even express how miserably disappointed I am. Hoping for a
