We were extremely happy with the service provided. In addition to their general efficiency, I specifically wanted to mention a few things:
I was really happy with the two guys who came to start packing on Thursday 25th as well as completing the job on Friday 26th. I think one was called Roman and unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the other guy. They were really friendly and had a lovely manner.
They were absolutely brilliant with our 3.5yr old who is usually very shy and cautious with new people. After spending 5 minutes hiding behind the coffee table, he didn’t take long to warm up to them. He was soon shouting “MAAAAAAN” and running to pack his toys in the boxes - they happily let him ‘help’ and were very tolerant of him swinging a golf club around and galloping around the house on a hobby horse. I know he was a hindrance (!!) but the fact that they were so sweet with him has made what could have been a stressful move much easier for our sensitive toddler.
On Friday morning they helped me pack up my car with all the things I wanted to take for that day. I was prepared to do it myself but they immediately offered and actually they managed to fit everything in when I would have probably struggled.
I also really appreciate that we had a third guy helping to pack up on Friday morning and when they were unloading at the new house two more guys who finished a job nearby came to help which meant the whole move was finished by 1:30pm. Again, this was a big bonus to be finished a lot earlier than we expected.
Overall we were very satisfied and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.Read more

So responsive, next day pick up after sending an waste pick up/disposal request for our office. The team arrived on time, were professional and at a good price. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish, we really couldn’t rate them higher. The communication was great from the start, they’re very responsive and answered all the questions we had (for example, regarding parking, preparation for the move, etc). Much better value than all the other quotes we received (largely because they don’t charge for unnecessary stuff, like random admin fees or insurance if you’re happy without it - which we were). We got the packing and removal service: very professional and lovely movers, very thoughtful with what they left unpacked for the second day (such as our baby cuddly toy and cleaning products) without us having to give any detailed instructions. We even went our for a long lunch and some shopping on the day, I have never felt so relaxed moving and honestly feel like we had a holiday!
We won’t even bother getting any other quotes next time, will definitely be using again!

Very good experience with B Moved overall.
We have now used them 3 times over the past 15 months to move house within London.
They have always been very professional, friendly, efficient, and careful. I also find their rates very fair, also considering the high quality of the service.
Their teams reliably showed up on time, motivated, and ready to work. They work carefully, hard, and fast. Package items where required, and finding good improvised solutions where necessary.
Their office staff is also very responsive, professional, and really cares about their customers' happiness (even placing a follow up call post the move to check everything had gone to our expectation).
Highly recommend them and would immediately use them again.
