TERRIBLE. AWFUL. ONGOING COMPLAINT.
Save yourself. It's cheap for a reason. My Google review was deleted so that 5* rating doesn't get adjusted. I'm sure I'm not the only one they have provided a terrible service to. See images of their so called 5* handling and skills. Damaged chest of drawer, large bedroom wardrobe, ikea wardrobe, double bed, brand new laminate flooring and more. Maximum 3 pics allowed so can't show everything. Note, they damaged laminate flooring by overusing superglue to repair LARGE broken wardrobe panels they disassembled badly all knowing it could collapse and there are 3 CHILDREN in the house. Unbelievable. The main guy [Name removed by Sirelo] lied about what is covered in insurance when booking, hence why he would not compensate for any of our losses that he caused himself. Zero responsibility. They were so friendly at first but then completely changed when only some of the damages were noticed and pointed out with disappointment and yet they were happy to leave unnoticed.Read more
