What a fantastic removal company!! We moved yesterday and the last 3 days the Bella removal team (Nikki’s team) worked tirelessly to carefully pack, dismantle, move and unpack!!! We had a six bedrooms house so it was a big effort but they did it!! I would highly recommend Nikki and team from Bella removal!

I 100% recommend this fantastic company! If I had to describe them in three words: passionate, economical and driven. These are the qualities you would hope for when looking for a removal company.
I moved from Reading to another area about 45 minutes away. I was quite unsure with my dates and times, but this company really accommodated for my flexible time-frame and really supported me through it all. I had loads of antiques and old furniture in my garage and they really carefully and thoughtfully transported it to my new home! They even helped me dismantle my beds and put them back together, all so efficiently. The owners and the workers are truly lovely people - this family business is 100% worth it. I had such a pleasant experience and felt so calm during this move, which can be such a stressful time for many. Thank you Bella Removal! I know who I will be contacting for any later moves.

I had a terrible experience with Bella Removal during my move. Although their service is cheap, it’s definitely not worth the trouble. They handled my furniture very carelessly, causing significant damage to both the furniture and my home. There were scratches on many pieces, damaged corners, and even a large hole in a drywall wall when they tried to move a couch that didn’t fit through the door without disassembly. They also broke a camera and some railing. We agreed they would repair the drywall, but they never showed up and have stopped answering calls or messages. This is a scam – I do not recommend doing business with them. The photos speak for themselves.

A really superb experience. The deposit was acknowledged and our moving date also. We had to change it 3 times for various reasons but each time we agreed verbally and it was followed by by email.
The move was very smooth, they packed up, dismantled furniture and Nikki was a star wrapping glasses and crockery speedily and carefully.
Out of the house one day and into the new house the next. A long wait due to completion timings was no problem; the neighbours were impressed with their social interactions.
Unpacking and putting together all the furniture went very quickly including checking the fragile items were safe. There were NO breakages and many empty boxes were taken away.
All in all a truly impressive experience. Highly recommended.
