What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?
What is the best advice you would give to customers?
They did not respond to my 10 emails to fix anything and I am left with costs to fix damaged items and a crack in my wall where they hit a picture frame.
They were then late and said they were having lunch and charging me for it!
I think the reason they have so many google profiles is because they are trying to avoid having a justifiably low rating. Highly recommend using another company.
