Unfortunately, Google reviews won't allow more than five stars, otherwise I would have given ten! The team was absolutely fantastic – professional, punctual, and incredibly friendly throughout the whole moving process. They made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and hassle-free. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Chris and his another member of team were very helpful, friendly and trustworthy. They were on time and has made our move a stress free and smooth experience. We were very grateful for all their help. Fantastic experience from start to finish.

I was impressed with their comprehensive moving service. They packed everything securely, moved it quickly, and handled my belongings with care. I would be happy to use them again.

This company was the only company to provide an in-person survey, and offered the most competitive quote too. Robert was also very apologetic for some inconveniences appearing, and did his best to make up for them.
The packing service of the mover that turned up was excellent, I was really impressed with how expertly he packed everything with just packing paper, and how tightly nestled in everything was. None of my fragile items broke. They were also very punctual, and everything was swift.
The only downside was that Robert couldn't make it, and the replacement he sent was not as good. However, to his credit, he did improve on the spot and got better as he packed.
Overall, I was very happy with the service, and if I were to be based in London again, I would happily request their service again.

Rob and his guys were amazing from the first phone call to the end of the moving process. Nothing was too much trouble, they went above and beyond for us, they were respectful and took great care when moving our things. Extremely friendly and made what could have been a stressful experience a very good one. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and cannot recommend them enough! Thanks again to the whole team 😁

The movers arrived on time and were ready to start work. They were very professional in their preparation before the moving of the items took place by laying down covers on the floor so as to not make any mess and to protect the flooring. They were very polite and friendly, throughout the whole process. They took great care in protecting the house and all the items they were moving. Rob and his team were very accommodating and helpful and contactable throughout the whole process and I would definitely BRL ltd again and would highly recommend their services
