Unfortunately didn't have a great experience when moving house. Damage to my dining table, dining bench and Tripp suitcase. Was offered £50 off the cost of the move but that's considerably lower than any of the replacement values of the furniture - and was met with hostility on the phone when discussing.

Very efficient service and a decent price compared to other quotes I got. Amanuel and Yared were very friendly, patient and relaxed, but moved all of our stuff down and up two flights quickly, no fuss and nothing broken. Highly recommend.

I recently used the service for Moving Home and I was thoroughly impressed. The team handled all our belongings with exceptional care and professionalism. Every item arrived in perfect condition, demonstrating their commitment to protecting our valuables throughout the move. I had a good experience with this company. I got quotes from many companies but this one seemed the most reasonable and flexible. Booking was straightforward. There were a couple of small hiccups on the day - they were technically on time, but arrived late as they went to the wrong address first. Then even though I had been assured via email when booking that the movers would be able to secure my plants to transport them safely, the guys knew nothing about this when they turned up. However, they still managed to find a way and I was very pleased my plants arrived safely to the destination with no damage in transit. Amanuel and David were great, so friendly and funny and hardworking. They worked quickly and efficiently, carrying very heavy boxes. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future. Thanks again!
