You should improve on communication, as it is essential in this type of business. The importance of providing updates when ETAs have elapsed and demonstrating attentiveness cannot be overstated.

Cargo Afrik has ran away with my goods and the address on the website is a false address, I went to look for the so called Ade the man in charge, getting there it was self access storage office there at SE7 7SJ. I have called him several times but no answer. Beware of cargo Afrik!!! The man (Ade)is a very dishonest man. check and go to the address on the website you will know what am talking about. He sent a driver to pick my goods on the 4th of june and he told me it will be delivered to destination within 3weeks but believe me i didn't hear from him for 3months telling me to pay £450 instead of our agreed £200. I am still looking for him now. I will update everyone here when I catch him.

I used Cargo Afrik to ship my goods from Nigeria to UK. I have never done importing of any kind before so everything was brand new to me. The person I spoke to initially told me they run their service as smooth as the British post office. That was the assurance I needed.
I didn't have anyone to drop off the goods at their Lagos office so Cargo Afrik gave me the solution of them picking up my goods for me from a bus park in Lagos for a very small fee. I was delighted by this because they were going the extra mile to assist me.
I waybilled my goods to Lagos and Cargo Afrik collected the goods with no delay. I packed my goods in a Ghana must go but they advised me to repackage the goods in order to minimise damages. I agreed and paid a reasonable price for them to repackage it. I received my goods in 2 weeks unlike the usual predicted time but I didn't mind because there were public holidays in Nigeria during the time I shipped my goods.
I will definitely be using Cargo Afrik next time, and I highly recommend them if you're new to the importing / exporting world. They make it easy to follow.Read more

I recently used Cargo Afrik to send some packages from London to Lagos and the time frame I was told it would arrive was about right (7-8 days).

The best experience I had with Afrikcargo. Good communication, good follow up, the best is having to track my package. The team deserves more than a 5stars. Package arrived when it says it will. Thanks guys I appreciate everything. Well preserved and protected. No issues with my package.

Very fast and efficient, picked from my home and arrived by sea before i even expected it. Last goods i sent arrived early just before easter very happy as it was a friends item who i helped through cargo afrik.
