Leaving 5 stars because the people are nice but it’s not open till 18:00 on a weekday. Don’t trust google.

Misplaced my parcel it was two weeks late for pick up. No one within the store was even aware It wasn’t collected.

It’s not good service , I don’t know how people trust them . They people giving temptation customer . Missing items, opening boxes also . They are laying with customer . Be careful before you send items .

Complete WASTE OF TIME AND LOTS MONEY service. Please dont use this service.
One of the WORST CURIER SERVICE in uk for INDIA.
I had lot to say about this cargo service. First of all whoever running this business that person(MIZANUL) should educate his employees who is working for him so they can give right information to customer rather then make customer FOOL
When I said I like to send my curier and asked for information and they just said about rate and how much time normally it's take. They said its take 5working days and around two weeks from India but it's been 1 month but I haven't receive my Currier yet. Today my relative got call from currier service in India and they asking for more money around 2500 rupees for custome duty which I was not been told and I was completely unaware of that so basically 1kg will cost me £6.25 to reach my home which is ridiculous and stupid price.
What basically they do first they will give you rate for kg and tell you that ones we receive your curier then next day will be despatch from our end and within 5 working 5day it will reach India then in two weeks time will be deliver but It's just story. Ones you send curier to them THEN they will tell you how many days in a week they send curier to India plus what documents require from receiver plus how many days actually it's take to reach and they when you try to complain about the problem you face then they will say we don't time to listen all this and we are so busy and they will make you helpless like they will tell you if you don't want this service then we gonna send your curier back to you so then you already wasted your days so you had to use that service and that's what happen with me.I paid around £70 for 14kg with handling charges online and they are not even bother to reply you back that they receive money and you have to call and find out and that's big SHAME.
Nobody inform me about VUSTOME CUTY CHARGES. They only said that this document will be needed when they drop your curier at home but never mention those charges for custome duty which is around £30and that money you have to pay in India.Now they called my relative and saying we will only deliver if you pay 2500 rupees. What a JOKE is that.
I strongly NOT recommend to anyone this service to anyone who wants to service for INDIA.

I have used the Cargo service and they are very reliable. All the goods came in time as promised. Customer service has responded while I made queries. Would definitely use them again ..
