We recently moved into our new flat from across town, and we haven't regretted one minute that we chose Crispins for the task. In the rush before the end of March they gave us a very flexible service and adjusted well to oir necessary last minute changes to the schedule and tasks. On the day the removal team proved to be very efficient and competent, and reacted with a smile on their faces to our last minute whims. And at the new place they put everything at the indicated location so that despite the chaos of a big move everything was easily accessible. By and large, I do not hesitate to recommend Crispins for any type of removal be it across town or further afield.

Absolutely first class service from Peter and his team - from first contact Peter was responsive and accommodating of a very fast turnaround move (to meet the stamp duty deadline!) with only days notice. His team were friendly and professional, nothing was too much to ask including follow up in the days after. Incredible service and highly recommended, this was the least stressful move we have ever had (of many!!).

Crispins helped me with a last-minute move, and the team were excellent. Peter organized everything smoothly, while Karni and Andra were efficient, helpful, and patient on the day. They made the whole process much less stressful. It was my first time using a proper removal service rather than a man with a van, and it was a very positive experience.

So efficient! I've now used the team at Crispin twice, first for a house move and more recently for our office move. Everyone was extremely polite and conscientious and we were moves out and into our new place within a few hours. I would highly recommend, great service!

The team were excellent. Jamal, Sam, and Ryan were hard working and assiduous. We have a lot of plants and expensive furniture and nothing was too much trouble. They wrapped all our furniture and handled everything with care. They were also incredibly polite. Robert packed up our kitchen so well. Individually wrapped everything. Zero breakages. He took a lot of pride in his work. As did all of the team. Thank you Crispin’s, Jamal, Sam And Ryan.we look forward to you moving us back.

Couldn’t recommend Crispins highly enough. The team were professional, courteous and efficient. They made our move totally hassle-free and even managed to transport some fairly rickety IKEA shelving without anything breaking.
