We have just relocated using Crispins.
The service was brilliant from start to finish . It went very smoothly.
It was a huge job and the team worked very hard.
They were super friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The lads were efficient and very professional and a joy to have around .

Easy booking process with Crispins - Peter did a video call to view the flat and then provided a quote pretty quickly afterwards. We had a packer arrive the day before and packed everything carefully and quickly. Two vans arrived the following day and we were surprised at how fast the team dismantled all the furniture and moved everything out. They are also familiar with the City of London area which was helpful. Overall, a great experience with Crispins.

best money we ever spent. Crispin's were able to accommodate us fairly last minute at a weekend, provided a very efficient and considerate service. They packed everything within an afternoon and moved it in the next half a day. Things were taken care of (bar a cracked planter and a glass vase - but given the huge quantity of fragile stuff we asked them to move).
The guys on the job were considerate and communicative, and our dealings with HQ were very effective.
Highly recommend.

I'm very happy with my experience of Crispins, from the initial meeting and the rates and service offered, through to how well the men transported all my belongings on the day. They were also extremely understanding when there was a delay getting the keys. I would certainly recommend Crispins to any friends or colleagues looking for removals in London and the Home Counties.

Crispins are an excellent company to deal with, and couldn’t be happier with the whole process from start to finish. The moment they entered my home they quickly assessed everything that needed to be done and got right down to work. The team absolutely went above and beyond - They make it look so easy and it just seems to make the whole experience as stress free as possible! They are very professional and efficient - I would not consider using anyone else than Crispins.

We recently moved into our new flat from across town, and we haven't regretted one minute that we chose Crispins for the task. In the rush before the end of March they gave us a very flexible service and adjusted well to oir necessary last minute changes to the schedule and tasks. On the day the removal team proved to be very efficient and competent, and reacted with a smile on their faces to our last minute whims. And at the new place they put everything at the indicated location so that despite the chaos of a big move everything was easily accessible. By and large, I do not hesitate to recommend Crispins for any type of removal be it across town or further afield.
