1 HOUR 45 MINUTES LATE. What's worse is the day before they asked to move the booking back and i said I couldn't they clearly just went ahead and decided to take another job anyway. Because of lateness we were caught in football traffic turning a 30m drive into a 75m one. Whole Saturday a wrote off.
One saving grace is the two removal men were good workers. Quick to load and unload, friendly ,no muss no fuss. Decent price but wont be using them again

Absolute disaster!!I have booked the van and man one month in advance in east london.They come for inspection and agree on removal of everything including IKEA furniture..On the day of removal they arrive late and started negotiating on price again.Then they told me they have not got the tools to open cupbaords and promised to come next day evening.Next day I was informed they can not come and guranteed for next evening.On that morning I just informed to find some one else.Absolute disaster for me and very non professioanl behaviour.Please try to avoid them at all.Yes the same rotten furniture is moved by the other company.Next time do not take the job you can not do and false promises to come next day is very very unprofessional.

AVOID this unreliable company at all costs!!!! I've done the mistake of using them twice. First time, Extremely bad communication from Tom (had to ask several times for a confirmation email) and the guys were an hour late on moving day. Booked them a second time given it was the best price but they cancelled 2 hours before!!! They did not even bother calling, I got an email.. so we had to call around for ages finding a company who could turn up asap.. had to pay a lot more given it was last minute obviously. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS US. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

After an initial blunder/misunderstanding (I had understood that movers were booked for 10am, turned out it was 2pm), I was notified at 1pm on a Sunday that the movers where going to be 3h late, pushing the job to 5pm on a Sunday evening. Pretty inconvenient when you have a toddler to put to bed, and work to go to the next day. The best discount I could get was 10% . The previous job overran, which is not surprising given that there is no clear assessment about the size of the job, beyond asking the client how long they think they will need. So word of advice, book the first morning slot. The movers were efficient, but could have been more careful (they scratched my front door when trying to wedge the sofa out). It had been a long day for them, and I could clearly sense that they had enough. Overall it's a cheap move, but you clearly get what you pay for!

I am very grateful to Easy Removals London who provided me with a truly excellent, first rate service at every stage, from my first telephone call to finally moving in to my new home. They took perfect care of everything they moved, including some valuable items of antique furniture. Each member of the team involved was friendly, professional, good humored and nothing was too much trouble; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
