[name removed by Sirelo] conned us out of 1031 GBP. Blocked our phone numbers and email addresses so we can't contact him. We paid via paypal to Elite Removal Services and when we call them directly, the phone call gets diverted to an electrician named Colin who has no idea about this company! [name removed by Sirelo] was operating under Direct Removal Services but the payments were going to Elite's bank account. Do not use them. We've reported them to the police.

The movers were 15 minutes late due to traffic, however, the 3 porters sent for my old parents move were amazing, efficient yet careful, tough but polite. The packing was swift and the removal was fast too. All the goods were transported and delivered safely. Very well done indeed, hence I am very pleased. I will certainly recommend this removal firm!

I seldom write reviews however in this case I am compelled to do so. We recently moved and used Elite Removal Serives. They were amazing! Augustine and his team 4 guys total: showed up ready to work. They were extremely careful and wrapped everything multiple time over in blankets. They disassembled all of the big items with much thought and attention. When we got to our new place they put everything back together beautifully. We have allot of big items that needed this to be done to. They took full direction. On arrival in Perth the container arrived on time so did the 4 men to help ofload.
I am very pleased with Elite removal Services. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone who asks.
