I sent my pc unit and the screen with them.
Firstly, they delivered the screen but not the pc unit. Supposedly they sent it back due to they couldn't find my address. But they did deliver the screen.
Then they said we lost your pc and it took them 3 months to find it! After more than 3 months they finally delivered the unit but it was totally smashed.
I had had it ensured but then they denied to pay it up!
They are a fraud! I suspect that they wanted to steal the pc! And it wasn't a cheap pc!
My experience with Eurosender has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. My bag disappeared under their watch, and even with insurance, they're dodging their obligation to pay. Downside: I paid for full moving service for the move-out but the company sent only one driver so we had to help him out. In compensation they sent a bigger truck (18 cbm instead of 13).
I USED THEIR REGULAR SERVICE PAYING CLASSIC 40-50EURO FOR A 20-30KG FROM EU COUNTRY TO EU COUNTRY TWICE AND EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH(BIT DELAY BUT CAN HAPPEN)
THIS TIME I OPTED FOR AN REGULAR PLUS SERVICE WHICH WAS ADVERTISE OF THE WEBSITE THAT WOULD HAVE PCK UP THE SAME DATE AND DELIVER IN 2 WORKING DAY, NOTHING MORE THAN A SCAM. THE PACKAGE WAS PICKED UP 5 DAYS LATER THAN THE DELIVERY EXPECTED DATE, AND DELIVER 5 DAYS LATER THAN EXPECTED ARRIVAL. END OF THE DAY I PAID 70 EURO FOR A REGULAR 4-7 DAYS DELIVERY.
JUST AS WAS NOT ENOUGH THEY GIVE ME THE WRONG TRACKING NUMBER AND THERE START THE CLASSIC TROWING RESPONSABILITY AT DELIVERY COMPANY IN THIS CASE UPS.
I HAD TO CALL UPS, SDA POSTA, TO ACTUALLY GET THE TRACKING CODE WHICH LATER THEY ASK TO ME , LIKE THEY WERE NOT EVEN GOOD ENOUGH TO FIND IT THEMSELF.
GOING TO ASK FOR A CLAIM AND PARTIAL REFUND AND THEY REPLY LIKE THIS ( pIC ATTACHED) BASICALLY DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU PAY PLUS OR EXPRESS BECAUSE THE PICK UP TIME AND DELIVERY TIME ARE NOT IN THIER POLICY SO THE PACKAGE CAN ARRIVE 10 DAYS LATER EVEN WITH EXPRESS SERVICE BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSABLE AND THEY DO NOT REFUND.Read more
