This is the worst company and the insurance they provide is a fraud!
I sent my pc unit and the screen with them.
Firstly, they delivered the screen but not the pc unit. Supposedly they sent it back due to they couldn't find my address. But they did deliver the screen.
Then they said we lost your pc and it took them 3 months to find it! After more than 3 months they finally delivered the unit but it was totally smashed.
I had had it ensured but then they denied to pay it up!
They are a fraud! I suspect that they wanted to steal the pc! And it wasn't a cheap pc!

Worse service! Do not send your parcels through this because they offrenig it cheap services. They are located in London so you can not take ligal action against them or it will cost you a lot. I sent my packages in August but even after a month I have not received them. The customer service representatives are very rude. The employee told me that I gave a wrong shipping address that's why I didn't receive my packages and asked me to translate the German street name into English!!!! :)

This is the most dishonest disorganized unprofessional company I have ever engaged. They are not just inept they are horrifically unreliable with zero customer service. They basically stole my package we submitted proof with photos of pickup and then declined the claim and will not only nor reimburse the package they will not return the shipping fee paid. Do not engage them they. Gould be put out of business

My experience with Eurosender has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. My bag disappeared under their watch, and even with insurance, they're dodging their obligation to pay. This lack of accountability is deeply disappointing. Save yourself the hassle and stay away from Eurosender. There are better options out there. #UnsatisfiedCustomer #LostBag #NoRecommendation

Good customer service with fast exchanges by email, friendly driver who helped us carry everything on the move-out and the move-in, and fast delivery.
Downside: I paid for full moving service for the move-out but the company sent only one driver so we had to help him out. In compensation they sent a bigger truck (18 cbm instead of 13).

DO NOT , EVER USE PLUS OR EXPRESS SERVICE.
I USED THEIR REGULAR SERVICE PAYING CLASSIC 40-50EURO FOR A 20-30KG FROM EU COUNTRY TO EU COUNTRY TWICE AND EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH(BIT DELAY BUT CAN HAPPEN)
THIS TIME I OPTED FOR AN REGULAR PLUS SERVICE WHICH WAS ADVERTISE OF THE WEBSITE THAT WOULD HAVE PCK UP THE SAME DATE AND DELIVER IN 2 WORKING DAY, NOTHING MORE THAN A SCAM. THE PACKAGE WAS PICKED UP 5 DAYS LATER THAN THE DELIVERY EXPECTED DATE, AND DELIVER 5 DAYS LATER THAN EXPECTED ARRIVAL. END OF THE DAY I PAID 70 EURO FOR A REGULAR 4-7 DAYS DELIVERY.
JUST AS WAS NOT ENOUGH THEY GIVE ME THE WRONG TRACKING NUMBER AND THERE START THE CLASSIC TROWING RESPONSABILITY AT DELIVERY COMPANY IN THIS CASE UPS.
I HAD TO CALL UPS, SDA POSTA, TO ACTUALLY GET THE TRACKING CODE WHICH LATER THEY ASK TO ME , LIKE THEY WERE NOT EVEN GOOD ENOUGH TO FIND IT THEMSELF.
