Very bad service. Not informing DHL to collect the parcel. I emailed [Name removed by Sirelo] few times asking to pick up the parcel then she replied they will collect in 5 days. Means total 8 days before they collect the parcel when i paid DHL express for a delivery in 2/3 days they said. How long will it be to receive it if already it takes 8 days for pick up. I also called DHL but they said they were waiting for Eurosender to tell them to pick up. Eurosender a company to avoid!

Hello, we paid for the transportation of two bags from Montevideo to Lisbon, but unfortunately, there were problems on the border of Uruguay and the bags were sent back. The problems cannot be resolved anymore considering that they require our presence in Montevideo which we no longer are. Therefore, considering that we paid for the full service but this was not completed, we kindly asked for a refund. The employees ignored our request multiple times. We still don't have our belongings and the company refuses to pay back the money for the service that wasn't completed.

This is the worst company and the insurance they provide is a fraud!
I sent my pc unit and the screen with them.
Firstly, they delivered the screen but not the pc unit. Supposedly they sent it back due to they couldn't find my address. But they did deliver the screen.
Then they said we lost your pc and it took them 3 months to find it! After more than 3 months they finally delivered the unit but it was totally smashed.
I had had it ensured but then they denied to pay it up!
They are a fraud! I suspect that they wanted to steal the pc! And it wasn't a cheap pc!

Worse service! Do not send your parcels through this because they offrenig it cheap services. They are located in London so you can not take ligal action against them or it will cost you a lot. I sent my packages in August but even after a month I have not received them. The customer service representatives are very rude. The employee told me that I gave a wrong shipping address that's why I didn't receive my packages and asked me to translate the German street name into English!!!! :)

This is the most dishonest disorganized unprofessional company I have ever engaged. They are not just inept they are horrifically unreliable with zero customer service. They basically stole my package we submitted proof with photos of pickup and then declined the claim and will not only nor reimburse the package they will not return the shipping fee paid. Do not engage them they. Gould be put out of business

My experience with Eurosender has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. My bag disappeared under their watch, and even with insurance, they're dodging their obligation to pay.
