My goods have shipped, but not with Jack Removals who are now Forge Removals, a company who no longer ship to the country I moved to but never told us when they collected our goods. We subsequently had to pay another company to collect as they hadn't moved the goods in 25 days and never provided a shipping date.
Jack and Forge are the same company. If our awful experience is any indication of how they treat other client, pleas avoid!

Bad company. Not dependable. Not trustworthy. They delivered our possessions 4 weeks late. They had numerous excuses every time we called them to find out what was happening.
Also, the delivery van had a collision with a low branch on the way to us, which caused some damage to our possessions. We were told our delivery was insured, but it is clear that it was not. I've called and emailed 20 or 30 times in the 6 months since the delivery, but only received excuses or no reply.

Incredibly quick, very, very cheap and efficient collection. They requested an extra payment stating it was over the weight allowance. I think we were over but not by the amount they implied, however once paid everything went very smoothly.

Diese Unzugsfirma hat mich betrogen.
Es sollte ein Direktumzug sein weswegen die Kosten hoeher waren. Laut Fahrer wurden jedoch 2 andere Parteien mit demselben Lastwagen ungezogen. Deswegen der dokumentierte Umweg ueber Paris und mehrstuendige Verspaetung (man konnte den Lastwagen ueber einen “tracker” verfolgen).
Diese Funktion brach haeufig ab.
Man hat mir zusaetzlich £183 berechnet fuer angeblich 1.3 Tonnen Gewicht. Bei Nichtbezahlen haette man meine Sachen nicht weiter transportiert. Meine Sachen waren jedoch max 400 kg-Bilder und Auflistung der Sachen liegen vor. Das geringere Gewicht wurde von dem rumaenischen Fahrer, der lachte, bestaetigt.
Es gab einen Kontaktabbruch am Tag der Fahrt von Frankreich in die Schweiz am 31.01.2026.
Ich war schon auf dem Weg zur Schweizer Polizei den vermuteten Diebstahl zu melden als ich endlich eine WhatsApp Nachricht erhielt, dass der Fahrer mit mehrstuendiger Verspaetung doch ankommt. Er ist abends angekommen.
Auf meine Nachricht zwecks Stellungnahme gibt es nach ueber 2 Wochen von diesem Umzugsunternehmen keine Antwort.
Bei Bedarf koennen Fotos beigefuegt werden.
Ich werde gerichtlich gegen diese Firma vorgehen.
