What makes your company stand out?

Each of our vehicles is company-owned and equipped with GPS tracking, ensuring we can monitor the location of your belongings at all times. Additionally, our vehicles come equipped with heavy-duty quilted removal blankets and straps to safeguard your furniture during transit, ensuring secure delivery. Our drivers are passionate and dedicated to their profession. They undergo rigorous training to safely handle and navigate the furniture in properties with care during both loading and unloading.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

We operate on a liability basis, where every quotation includes a £50 liability fee. This amount can be adjusted as per your specific requirements. In the event of any damage, we kindly request that you submit the claim form within 7 days of the delivery of the goods. During this 7-day period, we will assess the claim thoroughly and provide the most suitable resolution.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

Moving to another home, whether your are moving just around the corner, to another city or another country is stressful, but the main thing - it is worth it, as in 99% it is due to the positive changes. It is a complex project, that involves a lot of preparation. Start preparation well in advance, to allow you more time to finalise all necessities at the old home, but also meet with your family and friends, and enjoy your time with them.

Catastrophic !!!
following their own criteria: they like to answer correctly to your enquiries, no problem there; their quotes are absurd, they entice you with a low price but I would have had to pay 5 times their quote to be able to move everything (if only I knew!!); they kind of push you to accept, after all they want the money; they do the removal, with a short warning on the date. As to their insurance claim(!!!) do not believe it, they lost me a valuable item and I never heard of them again.
When you try to contact them it is so difficult to know who is who. It seems that next year they will have reinvented themselves with a different name because they are not to be trusted. And remember: they will charge you any which way they can add.
UNTRUSTWORTHY
THEY LOST A VALUABLE ITEM. I IMMEDIATELY MENTIONNED IT, FOLLOWED THEIR PROCEDURE, THEY AKNOWLEDGED IT AND PROPOSED A COMPENSATION. NOTHING HAPPENED AFTERWARDS, NO MONEY ARRIVED.
