I recently used this company to move from north London to south. All three movers were friendly and polite. The flat was emptied super quickly but with great care taken of my belongings. Would recommend anyone to use them. I also felt their pricing was more competitive than most.

The driving. Slowing down in the overtaking lane, then speeding on an A road, and finally spotted using his phone in the van. Would you want your possessions hauled about so recklessly? Proceeded to tailgate at one point because they weren't so happy I brought the phone use to their attention. Top professional right there

We recently used this company to move from a one-bedroom flat in London to the Midlands, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team provided a quick and fast response, and their rates were the cheapest I could find. Impressively, there were no extra charges on the day of the move. They arrived on time, and the delivery went smoothly without any major issues. We definitely recommend their services!

On the day the driver was a professional, but the helper had no idea what he was doing and said it was his first day. I saw him several times bumping my furniture into the wall and chips coming off, so I was not surprised to find chips on the walls and furniture afterwards. When I complained about this in writing with photos the next day, they said I should have raised it on the day as per their terms and conditions, which were never shared with me. The quote was for 3 hours but the move took 5.5 hr and I was charged for 6, so twice as much as the initial estimate and without any explanation as to why it took twice as long as expected. This last half hour was later refunded, because I had given directions and photos which were not shared with the driver and so he initially parked up on the wrong road and I was charged from then. I do not recommend this company as they are not able to give an accurate quote and you may end up with an untrained person damaging your things.
