Steve came, checked the task asked all the question and then made the arrangement, the team was punctual, professional and worked efficiently with fun.
They delivered their promise and werevery geligent and tact. When faced with a challenge, they tries all possible avenues, taking my interest into consideration and, they delivered timely and neat outcome.

Booked 2 men and a van for a house move in SW London. Booking process was quick, transparent and easy. Binyam and William who turned up for the move were excellent. They were careful with our items, showed good attention to detail and worked at a good pace. Very satisfied with GT, would highly recommend.

The service offered by the provider is highly unsatisfactory. They 1st if all provide us incorrect communication over the mail where they mentioned a different date and a different day of delivery. I had to clarify regarding my movement date. Then on the date of delivery they did not provide us any details about the driver. I had to again call and clarify regarding the same if the driver is arriving or not.
Then the driver came half an hour before our move time. We were not fully prepared for the move as we were due to do some packing. Now considering the driver already came we asked him to start moving stuff without factoring in that the driver would take ages to park the van correctly. It took him approximately 15 mins to park the van in correctly. Then the driver was so slow in moving things that it took him almost an hour to move a table, chair some 12 luggage bags and some small things. Considering we still had to pack some small things as the driver came before the time it took us some time to pack the those items. Even after travelling to our new house the driver agin took a very long route to park the vehicle correctly at our place even after reaching the destination. This all ended up exceeding booking time of 1.5 hours to nearly 2 hours for which driver asked me to pay additional money for that exceeded time for his own fault. I tried talking to the company to mention these all issues and they were rude and even threatened me saying that the call is recorded and we might refer this call to the legal team which i found was very disrespectful. The company had committed multiple mistakes at their end since the starting and just wanted me to bear the extra cost for their own mistakes and miscommunication. Considering all this i was forced to pay extra for their mistakes but i would never ever recommend this company to anyone for this behaviour. They just run this scheme to mob their customers and earn extra money while mentally harassing their customers for their own failures.

Amazing service! Biniyam and Sami were really efficient and took great care when doing the move. They were up front about estimated timings and worked quickly. They even disassembled the bed frames and reassembled them at record speed! Fantastic service all round and Hennock was extremely helpful in the run up to the move. Also the best value in terms of pricing after looking at different companies.

I used GT Removals on the 4th of April, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Abrham and Robel were absolutely fantastic—professional, efficient, and super friendly throughout the entire process. They handled everything with great care and made what could have been a stressful day completely smooth and hassle-free. Steve and Sam were so amazing! They were punctual and were all smiles though they had to navigate a broken lift (heavy book boxes up four flights of steps!) and another neighbor moving at the same time! Given that moving homes is a very stressful experience, I couldn't have asked for the most perfect people to help me move. THANK YOU!!!
