It's my first time to use highlights. They collected my box last September 4 and up to this day, December 24, my family haven't received the boxes yet. It's so disappointing. Really bad service, coz I was expecting that my family will receive the boxes before Christmas but it's almost 4 months now and the boxes are still not delivered.

Tried this shipping service because of the free bulilit deal.
Customer service is the worst ever, as I have read in some reviews. It feels like we were dealing with a Pinoy government employee availing a service we didn't pay for 'Wala po ko magagawa, pakihintay nalang nga po. Na-escalate na po pala sa owner eh siya nalang tawagan ninyo ha' all these statements with a stern rude tone. Hard to track your shipment (you'll need to call and deal with that same person always so goodluck😅).The owner was helpful in some ways however what's the use of your customer service if it needs to be escalated always. Overall, it was not worth the free bulilit. Package arrived okay, day after the said arrival date due to truck breaking down. 🤷

Highlight express never let me down.. Eversince, I’ve never send balikbayan boxes to any other company only highlight express is the best for me🙌🏼 All boxes received by my family back home in Philippines before were never been damaged all intact… The staff’s are very accomodating and friendly, special mention to RICHARD!! you are Awesome🙌🏼 very helpful for all my queries.. my 3 boxes is on schedule for collecting.. All the best guys.. God bless us all🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Its unfortunate for them to only get an average of 3 if I gave them a 5⭐️. I’ve been one of their customers since 2014 and not a single shipment failed. I’ve never used any other shipment service to Philippines. I guess some individuals expect an air fast service but they don’t realise that they only paid for a shipping service. We need to accept delays as they don’t have control once its been out in sea specially on peak months. For me, as long as my family receives their box complete even it takes a month of delay, I would still be happy with it. Thank you Highlight Express for making my family happy everytime they receive their box. More power to your business.

Awesome experience from HIGHLIGHTS !! This has been our 3rd time sending the boxes to the Philippines and there has never been a problem, staff are super friendly too and happy to answer any questions you may have. They even provided me with an ETA as to when the goods would arrive and sure enough after 8 weeks the boxes were delivered to my family. Such a quick and efficient service - Thank you Highlights for bringing 'Christmas' to my family abroad every month xxxx
