I used Hippo Trucks and Ricky & khalid did my removals for me. Honestly 2 of the nicest blokes and took real care of all of mine and my families belongings. Would highly recommend hippo trucksto anyone moving houses. Also great value for money that’s for sure. 5 stars without a doubt.

We opted for the premium service due to our need for assistance with disassembling and reassembling furniture, specifically beds and wardrobes. The team expertly dismantled, transported, and reassembled everything with care, ensuring a seamless move. The whole moving process has always been daunting, but Hippo Trucks Limited made the entire process smoother than I could have ever imagined. What impressed me most was the strong sense of work ethic displayed by the movers. They arrived right on time, came prepared with all the necessary equipment, and were efficient as hell. It was evident they took pride in what they do. Not a single glass or mirror was even scratched. Above all, they were incredibly polite and respectful. Whether it was asking where I’d prefer certain items to go or checking in with me before moving more delicate pieces, their attentiveness was something I truly appreciated. All in all, I couldn't be happier

I recently used Hippo Trucks Limited for my house move in London and had a genuinely great experience. On the day of the move, the team showed up right on time and got to work straight away. They were professional, polite, and clearly knew what they were doing. They handled everything with care, from heavy furniture to fragile boxes, and made sure nothing got damaged. It was obvious they’ve done this many times before.
What I appreciated most was how calm and efficient they were throughout the whole process. There were no delays or surprises—they just got on with the job and kept things running smoothly. They even helped with a few extra bits I hadn’t planned for, which I really appreciated.

Booked maxi 2 vans 3 crew….what I got was 1 van 2 crew one of which couldn’t speak or understand English and was his first ever day in removals! They had no removals blankets or sack truck, they had to use mine. Damaged my furniture and was offered an insulting £50 compensation!! It’s going to cost me a small fortune to have my antique unit repaired, let alone my other damaged furniture! Every wheel bar one was damaged on my duvan bed. Disgusting services AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They subcontract work out to smaller totally unprofessional so called movers!!
