Highly recommend this company. This is my second time using them. My first experience was great and this was even better.
Efficient. Good price. Knowledgeable of their trade.
We had George and he was absolutely fantastic! Accomodating of our needs, helpful and good to chat to. He even got a drill out and helped us fix a table that we broke carrying down the stairs.

I have used this company three times, and unfortunately the experience has gone downhill each time.
The first booking was excellent. The person who came made the move completely stress-free. He helped with all the heavy items and even asked me not to lift anything myself.
The second booking was disappointing. A few of my items were broken, and although I booked for 2 hours, the mover only worked for about 90 minutes and left early. He did two trips to upstairs via lift to remove heavy stuff from the old house and one trip upstairs in the new house using a trolley. I had to carry the rest of the items upstairs myself.
The third booking was the worst experience I’ve had with any moving service. The mover spent a lot of time arguing about how the items would fit in the van (which I the arranged myself). He only went upstairs once using the lift to collect a single shelf and denied any more round. I ended up passing every box to him at the van door. At the new place, he simply unloaded the items outside the building rather than helping move them inside. finished in 1 hour, yet took full 2 hr payment.
After three bookings, I’m done with this company. There seems to be no professional system in place — they simply pass jobs to anyone in their network, with zero accountability for who they send. Best of luck.Read more

I honestly think today I met the only honest movers left in the UK.
It was a last-minute Sunday move, freezing cold, stressful situation, and every other company I called was quoting prices that sounded like they were helping me move Buckingham Palace, not a few boxes.
Then I found House Movers.
They came quickly, charged a very fair price, and actually cared about helping instead of taking advantage. The driver was fantastic calm, patient and professional and Karz (the person I spoke to) was friendly from the first call and kept his word exactly.
No delays, no attitude, no hidden charges, no drama. Just real help when I needed it the most.
Today they didn’t just move my things… they saved my day and my wallet.
To the other companies that tried to charge crazy money thank you, because it led me to the right people.

Sanger and his team were very professional and super helpful. We needed two vans to pack everything from a 4 bedroom house and move over 200 miles away. From arriving on time, to swiftly and carefully loading the vans, they made the whole process so much easier for us. I would definitely recommend their service to friends and family. Their effort and time (being booked for the whole day) was well appreciated.

Was fortunate to find these guys as after searching online was going to book through someone else but was warned that they were just a booking platform taking commission and to try find direct.
House movers were by far the most reasonably priced half the price of what the platform was going to charge me and through series of unfortunate events and bad luck with extremely bad health as I developed a horrific infection just before moving day I wasn't ready when they arrived to move, but they weren't angry or anything just extremely understanding and I was able to go to hospital.
When I rebooted they were kind about it, didn't try gouge me with massive cancellation fee, and when they came to move and still wasn't 100% they were just very helpful and kind about it even when the lift broke in my building and had to use stairs just got on with it with the most professionalism I could imagine and even went to drop off with out me so that I could finish up.
Definitely could have been more organised on my side but I was near deaths door and I know other movers would have been unhappy about this but the guys were seriously just helpful all the way, have already recommended them to 3 people because they were so very good, definitely cannot go wrong booking with them highly recommend.

Large Italian wardrobe and bed repair/assembly job was done perfectly by Rajab and Ismaeel. Friendly, approachable and was willing to listen to the issues and past negative experience we had with the previous moving company we hired who damaged a lot of our furniture. These guys even managed to fix/resolve issues with the damaged furniture (regarding the wardrobe and bed). All round great job and I believe they deserve some form of promotion or award for their work today :D
