The only plus point is that Kosta is responsive queries and nice. Hourly rates are good too.
We did not have a good experience with the two movers that showed up. They were not happy about the street parking in London and all they chose to say is 'I won't walk 15 mins'. The available spot was 3-4 min walk and they were not helpful at all. They were rough with the fragile boxes, not mindful of our pets and did not acknowledge when we asked to confirm that they understood they need to move some of the furniture. We were relieved it was finished in two hours so we dint have to deal with them anymore.
We are likely not going to choose this company again.

Absolutely horrible experience. The two movers were not only incredibly rude (didn't speak English at all), but they were intentionally slow. Since they charge by the hour, they took 55 minutes to make a trip that took me less than 20 minutes. I even caught them taking a cigarette break in the middle of the move. I was moving from one ground floor to another, so there was absolutely no reason for them to need a break. On top of that, they damaged my table, TV stand, and sofa—clearly showing no care for my belongings. When I called Izzy Removals to complain, I was told that these two usually don’t work for them, but they had no choice because they were short-staffed. An awful experience overall. Avoid at all costs! Just awful!

Excellent company if you are planning a move. Very professional on both the administrative side and the hands on work, with also a personal touch. My partner and I had to hire a mover because of physical limitations and we were very happy with how smoothly the move went. Many thanks to Kosta, George and Vasili. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.
