[name removed by Sirelo] gave a quote, and the k1 team done everthing we requested — from start to finish it was a smooth and quick process. the tea were easy to talk to, always a good thing in a stressful day like moving day, and competent. Our flat ikea furniture was removed and put back together efficiently and for an extra fee they removed some unwanted furniture as well, saving us a hassle pleased with these guys

This is the worst company I've ever with dealt with and I very much regret relying on Google reviews. A bit of digging around would have revealed the true nature of this company. Dishonest, useless and nasty. I strongly, strongly advise you to do some proper research.

We had a team of 4 guys to help us move house on a saturday, which was surprise because we thought we could not have a team available on a weekend, and managed to find one with these guys, they were amazing and arrived on time, which was great, because we had to get out by the end of the week and they also managed to dismantle and reassemble all our beds, very impressed with their service

This isn’t a removal firm; this is a holding company consisting of a couple of blokes and one helpful member of staff. On the day of your move they send over whichever “freelance” staff they can get hold of.
We booked packers the day before our move, including dismantling our flat pack wardrobes. Two guys turned up - one later than the other after being stuck in a taxi on the way to buy the packing materials from Big Yellow Storage. They had no tools with them and were only vaguely aware of the jobs that needed doing. One had to leave by 1pm.
The ‘company’ phoned immediately from a ‘caller withheld’ number demanding payment. I stated that I wouldn’t pay the full amount until I’d seen them begin to dismantle the wardrobes; I couldn’t trust that they would do the job without any tools. The bloke on the phone from ‘head office’, and his ‘deputy manager’ that he also put on the phone, became rude, intimidating and verbally abusive. He called me a scammer and instructed his packers to turn any boxes they’d already packed upside down and leave my stuff in the street. He claimed he would phone all other removal companies to tell them to not enter into business with me.
Up until paying a deposit this ‘company’ was fairly helpful and the emails I received were professional. Afterwards though there were limited ways of getting hold of them, no names of staff members were given and eventual emails were casual messages with poor spelling and grammar. This was the worst experience ever. The young unqualified, unprofessional 3 guys turned up at 2pm who did not speak English, to get a large house move ready for the next day.. no tools no blankets and just a few packing boxes delivered late in the afternoon . Nightmare. The manager was rude, officious and to quote said to me “I am not your dog and I don’t work for you “, this was after I questioned him with several heated phone calls to explain that we have as huge amount of stuff to pack and not enough professional people. Clearly he had not looked at the video of contents of the house and garden. After which he said the so called packers were leaving after 5 hours even though it clearly stated 7 hours on the invoice.. All he was interested in was being paid. The next day two Luton vans turned up and I expected lorries. I was told this was my fault, but they quoted on the information given. It was a lost cause and without extra private van hire which cost £2000 and a lovely guy to help me out of a very difficult completion day we arrived at 4am in the morning at the new house. NEVER NEVER use this company. They are are rude, inconsiderate and money grabbing in a stressful day and only interested in being paid up front with no guarantee of a professional service. Furniture arrived damaged, scratched and some items broken due to poor packing. Nightmare move. I hope they go out of business.Read more

Several items of furniture damaged in the move and will need to be replaced. Didn’t use covers despite specifically asking in advance in they had them available. Have tried to complain but no response has been made
