Had Kiwi movers get from SW London to Surrey. Worked with Josh and Sanjeet and they were outstanding.
They packed everything super efficiently and unpacked even more efficiently. They were kind and helpful and did everything we asked for.
And for the cherry on the cake, after accidentally leaving a part in the van, they voluntarily dropped it back at the house. Should I be moving again, these guys will be my go to. Absolutely fantastic service

Yesterday, eight movers arrived promptly at 8am with the trucks and introduced themselves. They were friendly, energetic, and very efficient. After a quick inspection, they moved everything out in just two hours with excellent teamwork. They offered to pack some items for additional protection and gave practical, solution-focused advice throughout. Very professional and easy to work with — we hope the return move is just as smooth and would happily recommend them. All the best for 2026 💚

I used Kiwi Movers earlier this year to move out of London and cannot praise the service enough. Throughout the entire house buying and move process, it was easily the best money I spent.
The communication was great and they were super helpful before the move when I thought we were going to have parking issues from some last minute Thames Water works on the day of my move. Turned out to be a non-issue but I appreciated the advice and alternatives proposed if needed.
I used the packing service as well as during the move which made what is normally a few very hectic weeks in the lead up to a move far smoother and far less stressful.
The guys came down on the first day and packed everything up quickly and carefully, everything was wrapped up well and made it to the new house with no damage. The next day again they arrived promptly and got to work taking furniture apart and getting everything into the van. This was for a third floor flat with no lift so really appreciate the graft they put in and how quickly the van was ready to go. They were positive, friendly and professional. At the new house, they got everything into the right rooms just as quickly.
The quote I got before was reasonable and in fact we were a bit quicker than expected so this was taken off the final invoice, a much more preferable situation for planning the costs of the move.

We had such a wonderful experience with our movers Yaya, Jimmy, and Cole. From start to finish they were incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful. They treated our belongings with so much care, making sure everything was handled gently, safely and well-wrapped. The Kiwi team were amazing from start to finish. All questions answered ahead of the move, provided boxes, moved swiftly, took care of all of my items.. absolute minimum fuss. Came and picked up the empty boxes within a day. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!
