What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

We covered by Goods in transit upto £15000 and public liability by 2 million.if an item gets damaged during the move we will take it seriously. We will report and speak to the customer and follow our agreed terms and resolve the matter fairly

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

Our best advice is to plan ahead,level all boxes/items clearly a little preparation can make your move much smoother and less stressful

They were 6 hours late, arrived 6pm
Van was not big enough, luckily its a local move, so did a second trip, but diver tried to ask for extra money
They did not know how to dismantling & resembled electric ottoman, eventually resembled the bed at 1am
Screeched a few furniture & fridge/freezer
