Leo and his team are polite nice people which is why it very much pains me to have to give a low rating, but this is based on competence and workmanship. All of my large furniture (chest of drawers, wardrobes, hallway cupboard) is now loose and in most cases completely broke at the back part.
I had a swing chair which comes apart in two pieces, when I asked him if he could come back and put it together he told me I could do this myself (it's heavy and it needs a wrench to tighten it properly and safely!!) which for one I can't do as don't have the tool and for two is not good service! Not to mention the cap that hides the ugliness of the connecting screw is missing. My fridge is now one shelf & one drawer less then it was before because they moved the fridge with the shelves and drawers still inside and it's damaged the ledge that holds these, when I complained about this I was told this is an old problem! Well I wouldn't of had that shelf and drawer still in the fridge if they wasn't able to fit due to a broken ledge would I? So no this is not an old problem!
I was not in the property when they was dropping the large bits at first, so they have put my two wardrobes in ridiculous places that I now cannot move until I pay for another person to come and help me with this, I'm not an expert but surely you wouldn't leave a put together wardrobe in front of a window?? And surely you would place wardrobes close to the wall as they was in the previous property.
There was boxes clearly labeled fragile which had just been put sideways up instead of flat and safely stacked. For the very large sum I paid which I had to save up a long time to be able to afford, I would of expected much more professional behavior. I am very disappointed.
I do not have money to waste and now I have to have furniture in stupid places until I save up enough for someone to come and help me move the wardrobes and repair the backs and someone to help tighten the swing chair which can't be used until it is! (I didn't bother to ask them to come back to move the wardrobes as already the fridge situation and swing chair did not give me faith or confidence that they would agree to come back to sort this, as also after the move the two times I rung Leo he made me feel like I was bothering him and so I didn't want to bother him again!)Read more

Totally stress free romford removals services, we were dreading moving with two young kids underfoot, but the team from Local Removals were absolute lifesavers. From the moment Leo in the office sorted our booking, everything was smooth. On the day, the lads turned up bang on time and just got on with it. They were brilliant, working around the chaos of toys and a toddler's nap schedule without batting an eyelid. They dismantled our nightmare of a flat-pack wardrobe in minutes and had it back up perfectly in the new house. They grafted all day with a smile and a bit of banter, which really helped calm our nerves. Worth every single penny for the lack of stress. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for professional removals services in East London.

Amazing service.
Leo and one other gentlemen did brilliant job. They were on time, the communication was very easy, worked efficiently while making sure all our stuff is secured and carefully wrapped/looked after.
The price was so far the best.

Leo & his team managed to move me at very short notice, everyone was very friendly and understanding. On arrival at the new property the movers still were very enthusiastic and energetic and got the things in very swiftly. Overall the service was amazing. Communication was great and they got the job done . Thank you very much with my move !
