I had a great experience with LMV Removals. My original removal company let me down on the morning of the move, which was incredibly stressful, but LMV stepped in at very short notice and completely saved the day.
The team arrived promptly, were professional, friendly and handled everything with great care. They worked efficiently and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel calm and organised. Nothing was too much trouble and they got everything moved safely into my new home.
A special thank you to Paulina for arranging everything so quickly and keeping communication clear throughout. I’m really grateful they were able to help at such short notice.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend LMV to anyone looking for a reliable and hardworking removal company.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with London Man Van.
During the move, their team damaged one of my cabinets by dropping it. They then spent time attempting to repair it on site. I was later told this was a “goodwill gesture” and that they could not offer compensation.
There was also an issue with my dining table. It became stuck in the lift because the team initially tried to move it vertically, despite it clearly needing to be transported horizontally. They attempted to dismantle it but were unable to do so. After spending significant time, they eventually moved it horizontally as originally required. During this process, my dining table was unnecessarily damaged.
I reported the damage the following week. However, as the issue was not formally recorded before the team left, they declined compensation based on their policy.

Brilliant experience with LMV from start to finish. Special shout out to Paulina who I spoke to first when I rang, and who was very professional and courteous when booking my trip, following up emails with whatsapp confirmations.
The moving experience itself was seamless - driver Vasi was respectful, professional and very quick, and we had a good chat on the way from one side of London to the other in the van.
I highly recommend LMV to anyone considering a move, as the customer service and moving experience are exemplary, and the cost is incredibly reasonable.

I had a genuinely great moving experience with Ali and Martin from LMV Movers. They were incredibly fast, careful, and professional throughout the entire move from Highbury to Herne Hill.
I had estimated how long it would take to load the truck and unload everything at the other end, and they completely surpassed my expectations by doing it in nearly half the time.
They moved a full two-bed flat into another two-bed flat, including large items like a couch, TV, monitors, sideboards, and very delicate things like glassware. Everything arrived safely, and the care they took really stood out.
On the drive over, they mentioned they’d previously moved a grand piano, which says a lot about their capability and experience.
The whole process felt smooth and well organised. I highly recommend LMV Movers and would absolutely ask for Ali and Martin again for any future move.
