DO NOT USE. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The 'service' was non existent since they left me waiting at the pick up point for 2 hours before I had to eventually cancel because I knew at that point it would not get done in time. They did not let me know they would be late until I called them to ask where they were (about 15 mins after I arrived). They left me hanging around while they tried to work out how late they were going to be, and basically wasted my entire day. They then insulted me with a discount of £5 off if I rebooked for another day, which I definitely will not be doing.

Very disappointing or should I say disgusting or maybe even appalling!
To start, it took 4 hours to perform a 2 hour job, we were charged for this full time, which I could have understood, these things can go over time, if it weren't for their excuse... they 'had been out drinking and had a few too many' - words straight from the drivers mouth.
They seemingly stalled for time while taking over an hour to empty and completely repack the van after already spending an hour doing it incorrectly, were particularly rude to my partner and then had the unmitigated gall to call her and ask for more money after they had left!
Not just this, but getting ahold of the company afterwards was an ordeal in itself, I had been left for over 3 weeks while they took time to 'investigate' the matter and was then told that, even though the drivers were rude, quite possibly above the legal blood-alcohol limit and clearly trying to scam us out of money, that nothing was done wrong and we wouldn't have our money returned, what a joke!
I would have laughed had I not been down £120 because of a greedy company that finds this level of unprofessionalism acceptable. Well done MVL, you have crossed the line into the incredibly small group of people that I don't like and will never deal with again.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team at Man Van London. The movers were very professional, they helped dismantle the bed and took care of all of my belongings. Really good service.
