Pickup and delivery was prompt and courteous
Packing of items was very poor, a breakable lamp was wrapped in one piece of paper and smashed en-route. Despite saying this would be covered by insurance they have since stopped responding to requests almost 3 months later.
Avoid using or make sure to supervise packing.

I cannot tell you how wonderful they are. They have helped move my family 2 times previously. They moved my 80 year old mother 4 years ago who is not easy and a real horder. They could not have been more charming and kind to her. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They have just helped me move onto a houseboat on the Thames which was no easy feat. Everyone of the removal men were kind and helpful and totally charming, never complained and worked so hard. I cannot say enough amazing things about this company. They even stored furniture I had bought before the move for me. They bend over backwards to help as much as they can. They are fantastic. They take the whole stress of moving away from you.
