Use this company to move from 3 bedroom to my 4 bed house. Was competitive compared to others with the services they offered.

We have used Movers For Move twice in a row now for our London moves and, on both occasions, they have proven to be very thorough, agile, precise and very careful. The move process has been smooth and swift both times, without us having to worry about anything: a few hours after the move started, it really felt as our previous home had been magically teleported into the new building in a blink of an eye. We cannot but highly recommend Movers For Move and we will surely call them again for our next house move in London. Thank you for your professionalism and experience in moving matters!

The movers were great themselves - they only took under 2 hours to pack and unpack a 2 bedroom flat.
The customer service team however was a bit shady; the quote did not include the VAT fee, it just said “includes VAT”. On the day of the move the movers got a call from the team saying we owed them a lot more money - £95!! For VAT. We complained over email and was told “there are no hidden Fees, you guys never asked us how much it was, the quote includes the VAT fee”…. This was all lies. A company should have the VAT fee in the quote - they calculated how much everything would cost anyway so why not put the fee of the VAT and give us the final total to pay?
Really sneaky company. Would not go with them again.

We moved from farnham to birmingham and were really stressed about it. But they were very helpful and professional and did everything for us on time. They packed our stuff for us too and made our move stress free.

Very kind, professional and helpful throughout the move. Although we contacted them at the eleventh hour, the entire process was so smoothly and professionally handled. A competitive quote was offered within an hour.
Extremely grateful to Maddy, the sales coordinator, who went out of her way to accommodate our removal and storage requirements as well as a massive thanks to the removal team who came to pick up and deliver, who did a very pleasing job.
