Really great team from start to finish. I was moving to a 3rd floor flat up quite steep stairs which was a bit of a faff but the G and his colleague were great.

Worst experience in my life with a move orchestrated by a bodybuilder couple, Marcin and Malwina Kacperski. 1) arrived 2 hours late 2) complained about the 4 floors without elevator although it was clearly communicated at the time of the order and I also paid 15 euros more per stairs at the time of the order. 3) I carried myself all the boxes to the second floor to help him. No thank you whatsoever for this but he asked more money once load was done while it was clearly confirmed at the order that it was all inclusive 4) the day before the unload (that happened 2 days later), his wife whatsapp to tell I shall paid 100% of the price BEFORE the load. It was never communicated before, not agreed but I had of course no choice at the stage. 5) At the delivery stage, the bodybuilder refused to bring the boxes in the appartment (the buidling had a lift) and said that he will unload everything in front of the building !!!! He said that either I help him or he will not do it. Suddenly his wife on Whatsapp was unreachable, did not reply to the phone ! He blatantly lied that the boxes were suddenly too heavy. I had no choice but to unload the boxes from the lift myself (somes boxes were opened and the content was just put on the top) and carry them 15 meters inside my apartment with my 2 kids aged 4 and 6 around. The management of the company contacted later on did not address the issues reported namely 1/ a deliverer that ask more money than what was agreed 2/ a deliverer that arrives 2 hours late 3/ a deliverer that lies at the delivery time that boxes (with clothes and toys only in them!) are suddenly too heavy once he get fully paid (before not a word) 4/ a deliverer that force a client to pay 100% before the delivery in breach of everything that was agreed at the order. Attached picture of the boxes I bring myself from the elevator all inside the apartment since the deliverer refused to do. I piled them all up to show how he was lying about their weight and just was not interested in doing his job after receiving payment. Never EVER again and NEVER pay before full delivery.

- I am still waiting the invoice for the work to be performed. Why do you refuse to deliver a valid invoice ?
- I am still waiting the customs tax declaration that your move was supposed to stamp at the customs. Why do you refuse to deliver document you are under a legal obligation to provide ?Read more

I moved house sept 23 in 28 degree heat. My experience was excellent - the guys were professional helpful & polite . Nothing was too much & they were sure to complete the job & helped resolve unforeseen issues with the move.

Really great professional service. We were super impressed by how quickly and carefully all of our items were moved. We also appreciated the flexibility when our move date changed a couple of times. I would say this service is great value for money.

My Safe Removals were excellent. Thoroughly professional, punctual, considerate and friendly. This was all the way through from initial dealings with Dorota in the back office/accounts, Michal (Managing Director), delivery of packing materials, to the guys ('G' and Sandro) who did the actual collection, driving and drop-off.
Moving home can be stressful, My Safe Removals eradicated this.
