Extremely unprofessional experience. The team that handled my mother’s move was not only careless but also verbally aggressive to the point of intimidating her — which is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with an elderly client. They rushed through the job, overcharged, and showed no respect for either the items being moved or the people involved.
The storage unit was left in complete disarray, with boxes and furniture piled haphazardly, making it unsafe and nearly impossible to access anything afterwards. What should have been a straightforward move became stressful and unpleasant due to their attitude and lack of care.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company if you’re looking for professionalism, transparency, or basic courtesy.

Fantastic experience 2 great guys moved me from Hatfield to Devon nothing to much trouble I brought my new property in a historic area so all pedestrian only hills and stairs to get to my new home and they was so accommodating and so professional i cant recommended this company enough absolutley perfect took all the stress and strain out of a the day Thankyou so much xxxx

We are very pleased with the service provided. Professional and so well organised. The driver notified us about not arriving on time due to overtime on the previous job but despite that, when they arrived they moved our stuff fast and with care and attention. They helped us dismantle and put back on our bed too. In a stressful time as a house move and on a hot summer day too on top of that, everything went smoothly. Thank you!

Danny & Ash were absolutely amazing. They arrived on time and worked non stop throughout the whole day and never seizing to smile. They were very polite, friendly and respectful of all of your possessions. Even when they had to make two trips instead of one, it wasn’t a problem. I cannot recommend these guys enough. The price was very good compared to the competitors and communication was mostly good throughout. The owner comes across blunt over the phone and on messages but everything went very smoothly thanks to Danny & Ash. Thank you!
