A dreadful experience.
More than 17 pieces of furniture seriously damaged and Jewellrey gone missing. Police involved. Otex would not discuss the damages or loss and apparently the company had been dissolved a year earlier but that are still operating. Total disregard for our possessions. Photographs of large items having been literally thrown into our garage. Serious damage to other possessions as a result. Company won’t answer phone or respond to email.
