EuroPaka provides extremely poor service and unacceptable customer support. After the shipment was ordered, paid for, collected, and delivered, they suddenly demanded additional payment more than a month later, claiming issues that were never communicated before or during delivery.
At no stage before pickup or before the parcel left Poland was I informed about any extra charges, “incorrect dimensions,” or that protective stretch film would trigger additional fees. Only after the service was fully completed did they start demanding more money and threatening escalation.
Customer support is aggressive, unhelpful, and intimidating. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they resort to pressure tactics and threats, including mentioning debt collection, which feels completely inappropriate and disproportionate.
This experience feels like a scam-style business model: attract customers with a price, complete the service, then come back later demanding extra money with threats. There is no transparency, no accountability, and no real customer care.
I strongly advise others to avoid EuroPaka unless you are prepared for unexpected charges after delivery and stressful communication. One of the worst logistics experiences I’ve had.Read more
