It's better not to use the service as my family has not received the parcel yet it's been 6 months.
I spoke to quite a lot of people from the company regarding my parcel, and they were lying, and nobody gave the right information, and Mr. haseeb was so rude and literally misbehaved.
He doesn't deserve the customer service job as he doesn't know how to handle it.

Worst company ever - been over 6 months now and my items have still not been delivered. Rude customer service with no regards for anyone- chased them again today for my items and they still have the same story that it will be delivered in 1-2 days - useless- rude- thieves - avoid avoid avoid at all costs
