We were moving from a third floor two bedroom apartment to a new apartment up six flights of stairs. Other than the stairs, it should have been a simple move however there was an unexpected delay that meant Tony’s team couldn’t gain entry to the new property until much later than planned. Tony and his team were so kind, understanding and helpful, at what was a really stressful day as a result of the access issue.
We couldn’t have done the move without them and the thoughtful and considerate way they had packed our life up made the days that followed so much easier.
Thank you so much.
I have used Promovers 3x and the first 2 times were great - efficient communication and reliable team of movers. However, this final time, the team moving my piano damaged it --- specifically, they did not wrap up the piano properly and the wiring on a digital component was completely cut (see photo). I reached out to Tony about the issue, and he came by to inspect it and said it was fixable. He assured me that he'd come by to rewire it once he got the replacement wires. This was back in September. It is now November, and no one has come around to fix it. I've followed up with Tony and Promover via text, emails, calls, and I have been ghosted each time. This is not a great way to treat any customer, let alone a repeat customer. I'm super disappointed in how the damage to my piano was managed (or rather... not managed) and worse, the lack of communication afterward.Read more
thanks, Tony and the team
