Used this company 6 weeks ago. The job was a total disaster from start to finish. The cherry on top was they smashed my TV. After 6 weeks of pushing they finally refunded me £500, the replacement cost was £1000.
UPDATE: In relation to the comment below, i think it's now important to point out the fact this company consistently lies, for example, they are stating below we were made clear of the fact it was an outsourced job. This is a complete lie, at no point were we made away this was the case otherwise we would not have proceeded.
If you value honesty, reliability and transparency do not use this company.

Professional service from James and Josh. Arrived on time and everything was packed and moved to a professional standard. Booked for 3 hours and finished in 2! Would highly recommend this company

Josh and his partner were amazing with our house move. They showed up on time, got stuck in straight away, and handled everything with so much care. They were easy to chat to, kept us updated as they went, and made the whole day feel a lot less stressful than we expected.
Nothing was a hassle for them — they worked steadily, treated our things like their own, and just made the whole process simple. Honestly, we were so grateful for their help. Would happily recommend them to anyone.
