Absolutely brilliant!!! We have used Buzz removals on 2 occasions. We had different teams in both occasions. They arrived earlier than expected. Worked quick but with utmost care if our belongings. The teams are always friendly and always have a good chat about whatever really. 😃. I cannot recommend them enough. They are brilliant. Thanks guys.!!!

I recently moved with them. It was a nightmare. The people that came was nice but I mentioned to them if they could take my washing machine off for me as I dont know how to do it. Firstly they didnt bring any tools with them. Secondly without even checking if the water supply is turned off they pulled the water hose off the machine causing a flood in my kitchen which took me an hour to clean up.
On arrival to my new property they just wanted to dump everything and rush off even before the time was up. They had 50 minutes to hand which I paid for but still rushing and shoving my furnitures anyhow has made scratches on them and chipped off wood pieces of my chest of drawers.
Their prices maybe cheaper than other companies but I guess it would have been better if I paid slightly more elsewhere and received a better service which I have done in the past

This company helped me at a time no other would move my things for me due to some very extenuating circumstances. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone, it’s nice to know there are companies still out there with good ethics and humanitarian motives left in the world.
