Roberts and Denny’s Removals were excellent. I have a lot of stuff and so I arranged for them to do all the packing. The day before my move Ritchie came on the dot of 9.00am to pack everything up. He worked very hard all day. He packed up all my possessions. He labelled every box. On the moving day I had Ritchie, Craig and Mike to do the removal. They were excellent. They emptied my house! Everything went very smoothly. At my new property everything was put in the correct room. They were just brilliant. The office staff were very helpful too as in the end I only had a week between exchange and completion. We phoned each other regularly to keep my slot as we did not know the actual moving date until a week before. I would highly recommend them.

The whole moving experience was made very straightforward by Robert & Dennys. Communication before and after the move was very efficient and friendly by the admin team. The movers on the day were professional and experienced. They went out of their way to assist us with moving furniture that was already at the property as the move involved moving to a property that was already occupied. We even managed to have a joke or two during the process. Cant recommend the company highly enough. Thank you for making the move as effortless as it could have been.

Roberts and Denny's (London) Ltd were fantastic and I would recommend their services without hesitation to anyone I know that’s moving house. We used the packing service too which was a no brainer (Andy was my hero and also great company). The whole team were reliable, punctual, good humoured and very respectful of our belongings. Frankly, they know far more about moving house than I do, so they put me at ease and made the day so much less stressful than I thought possible. Communication from the office was also flawless - Donna and Jade were excellent. Thanks again to the team!

We moved from South East London to Berwick-upon-Tweed and were incredibly nervous about the whole thing. In the end, there was nothing to be worried about. From the initial phone calls to the office, the video survey, right up to packing and moving, everything was well thought out and professionally managed. It took 3 days, including packing up on Day 1, driving up and unloading on Day 2 and then the guys returned on Day 3. We couldn't have asked for a better team. They packed everything up carefully, (and we had a lot of stuff!), managed the piano over some tricky spaces, and everything was done politely and with good humour. They really did think of everything and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Moving out of a much-loved family home after 24 years is undoubtedly a very stressful and emotional experience. Roberts and Denny's were very patient with us whilst we worked out what was going where ahead of the move. On the actual day we were so impressed with the team that helped us - they were so calm and good natured throughout. They definitely made the experience a lot better than it could have been.

Moving with Robert and Dennys was a great experience. They made what could've been a difficult process easy. Donna and Jade in the office were always calm and ready to help. The guys that moved us: Ollie, Henry D, Lee, Mike, Matt, Mo and Marcus were professional, the packed up our possessions and moved us with ease. Thank you all so much.
