Delivery was due for 1PM yesterday as a highly critical matter. I contacted their team continuously from 7AM and finally got a hold of someone half asleep who told me they'd call me back. Hours later I'm still ringing off the hook and nobody is picking up the phone (probably on purpose). The driver parked up next to my house 4 stops before my delivery (number 44) and then never delivered. Today I'm at 82 and the expected delivery time is 7PM. How can I expect they'll deliver if they never even made it to number 44 yesterday?

Shockingly poor service for 2 years now. I'm stuck with these clowns because my printer is tied in with them. For two years running, both proofs and the final job have not turned up with my client at the specified time/date. Today, she had to travel across London on public transport, pick up the 4 boxes, and then get an Uber back. If I could give zero stars, that's what these clowns would be getting. I've written to my printers asking not to use this company again.

Nothing rushed about them. My overnight delivery was supposed to be here days ago, and now is planned for next week with no explanation. The office said they'd get it scheduled for today when I called yesterday, and checking tracking today I can see they have not done that.

Missed delivery, but left no card or number to contact. Delivery was outsourced to APC by Paisley Freight. APC redelivered on own account next working day again although without notification to anyone. Missed the delivery again, and now I have to pick up the package at depot as they won’t redeliver. Phone always busy or nobody answering. Finally, after multiple attempt someone picked up. Appalling service. DHL and UPS all the way!

Worse delivery company ever . My £500 worth delivery , driver didn’t even try to call me once . Didn’t ring the bell took the delivery back saying they tried to deliver. Avoid this company .

Terrible disgrace of a company, for 3 days in a row my delivery is being marked falsely as attempted while there has been no attempt. This package was extremely important to me and this has been done to me. Terrible terrible company and no response over call when we are asking about these issues.
